Founded in 1955, G & J Waddell Ltd is a fourth-generation, family-run joinery and building company based in Greenlaw. George Waddell and his nephew John began the business in a small village workshop, and over the decades it has grown into one of the region’s most trusted names in joinery, building work, and home improvements.

Today, the business is proudly run by John’s son Kenny, his wife Viv, and their son Graeme. With a workshop now located in Eccles and an experienced team of craftsmen, we continue to deliver reliable, high-quality joinery services across the Scottish Borders and North Northumberland.
